Kelli Morse is an artist, aquaphile, wife & mother of two,

previously from the Sunshine Coast, who now lives & works on

a sheep & cattle property with her family in southwest Queensland

Kelli aims to create works that present a multitude of

possible interpretations, changing with the viewer & their

experiences or state of mind at different times of life. With a

keen interest in philosophy, metaphysics & areas of thought

that lie just beyond the realm of what’s ‘known’, the artist likes

to invite the viewer to explore new mental territory & uncharted

parts of  the imagination through her work.

In terms of subject matter, ideas & inspiration are gleaned from music,

literature, people & their stories, things the artist has learnt, felt & seen &

the beauty that can be found within all of these. Being largely self-taught,

she revels in the freedom to experiment with various mediums and genres,

but finds acrylics, stylised form & biomorphic abstraction most satisfying.

A bold palette & refreshing style tantalize both the eye & mind.

The artist's overriding goal is to create work that will edify or inspire.

Painting is the vehicle that allows her to express the things she cannot say

& quietly share her love of life. Her work is currently represented by ‘Fine

Design Consultants’, Milton, and ‘Fairway Studios’, Goondiwindi.
